Switch to external genmanifest tool Until now, we were using a Go program included in this repo to generate the manifest. This program is being used in other projects, so it got moved to the gomodules/webext repo. This change removes the local Go files and switches to the external genmanifest tool. Beta channel
Before releasing updates to the stable channel, the newest versions are uploaded to the beta channel so they can be tested by everyone who's interested. This is another way to contribute to the project, because beta testing can make us notice bugs before they reach the stable channel.
