fix(cc-dark-theme): fix background color of hovered checkboxes When hovering a checkbox, a white-ish (#dfdedb) background would be shown when the dark theme was enabled. This looked very bad--see the linked original report, where a screen recording is available. This was caused by a CSS rule introduced in commit 0d15aeb750dfebd6ced1387ed5f97a8d8f797857 that, for some reason, probably hasn't applied until now, since we haven't had this problem until recently. This commit fixes this issue by changing the background color set in this incorrect rule to a sensible value. We believe that the rule was probably left in the dark theme stylesheet by mistake, with the value of the background color in the vanilla light theme.
